Alpha-Amylase BAA®
Alpha-Amylase BAA® is a family of six non-GMO α-amylases which have been formulated in both liquid and powder forms, and is available in food and industrial grades.

DESCRIPTION
Alpha-Amylase BAA® non-GMO bacterial alpha-amylases are produced from a selected strain of Bacillus subtilis. Alpha-Amylase BAA® is a mid-temperature alpha-amylase with an optimal temperature range from 86°F-194°F.
-
BAA-240 & BAA-400 are non-GMO food grade bacterial alpha-amylases available in liquid form special designed for the mid-temperature processing in brewing and food industry for reducing viscosity and hydrolyzing starch to soluble dextrins.
-
BAA-Plus & BAA-PW are non-GMO industrial grade bacterial alpha-amylases available in liquid form that have been specifically designed for the papermaking industry.
-
BAA-0100 & BAA-0200 are non-GMO food grade bacterial alpha-amylases available in a powder form that have been specifically designed for baking industry applications.
