Alpha-Amylase HTA-430®

Alpha-Amylase HTA-430® is a food grade thermostable α-amylase designed especially for maltose production. Alpha-Amylase HTA-430® is highly effective at processing temperatures of 221°F - 230°F.


Alpha-Amylase HTA-430® is a robust bacterial alpha-amylase with superior thermal stability. Alpha-Amylase HTA-430® is produced from a selected strain of Bacillus licheniformis and has been designed especially for maltose production and starch hydrolysis applications. Alpha-Amylase HTA-430® does not require additional calcium for operating under most liquefaction conditions.
