Pectinase PE® is a family of two food grade pectinases available in both liquid and powder forms that has specifically designed for improving the quality of juices for both the wine and fruit juice industries.
Pectinase PE® comes in two forms: PE-300 ( liquid ) and PE-3000 ( powder ). Pectinase PE® is produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger and the use of this enzyme improves juice clarification by reducing pectin viscosity, reducing turbidity, improving color, and increasing juice yield.
